The heart of our organization is our 89,000-square-foot, not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital, guided by a local governing board made up of physicians and community members. Surrounding the hospital is a growing network of services that extends into the community through specialty and primary care clinics, as well as free community health programs. Our clinics include Primary Care, Cardiology, Surgical Specialties, Orthopaedics, Podiatry, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health, offering both clinical and administrative roles for those who want to support patients in an outpatient setting.

Nursing Assistant
This full-time Nursing Assistant position offers hands-on experience in patient care with the option of working towards your certification while you work. Team members provide essential care in our hospital while gaining the skills and knowledge needed to advance into a Certified Nursing Assistant role.
Medical Assistant (Training Program)
This train while you work program offers a full-time, paid pathway into healthcare for individuals with no prior experience, plus a $500 hiring bonus. Participants work in our clinics while completing online coursework and hands-on training that leads to CCMA certification within six months.
